Mehr Legal Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Mehr Legal, PLLC sends text messages to people who contact the firm or agree to receive texts. Messages cover consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requests for documents or information, and case status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, by telling our staff by phone or in person that we may text you, by signing a form that includes text-message consent, or by texting us first.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or case.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Mehr Legal does not charge for text messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation message, and then you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent not required. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of hiring Mehr Legal or receiving a consultation.
Confidentiality. Text messages are not a secure way to share sensitive information. Please do not text confidential details about your case unless we ask you to.
Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
